The SpriteTextRenderer framework (SDX STR) is a convenient way to render 2D sprites and text using SlimDX/SharpDX and DirectX 11. In DirectX 11 there is no native support for those tasks. You can do it on your own, or you can use this framework, which will
take no more than three lines of code to align and render text.
The library covers most basic tasks. More advanced tasks like skewing textures and aligning text to arbitrary curves are not supported up to now.
As of version 2.0 the SDX SpriteTextRenderer supports SharpDX.
The SDX SpriteTextRenderer framework has been developed with the goal to be as intuitive as possible. Most classes and functions are self-explanatory. Furthermore, the online documentation contains some tutorials to get you into action. In addition to this,
there is a compiled documentation in the download area, which covers every function of the library.
You can find several samples in the source code section.
